How I Finally Got Bigger Arms
Ever since I was born I was small. All through elementary school, I was above average height, but still small. At 12 I started lifting a little and my chest began to grow a little, but I was still small. It was until age 15 a friend of mine showed me how to do some body-weight exercises and my arms grew a little, but they were still only 13 inches.
